Ed is an operations analyst with fifteen years experience designing games and simulations for what purpose for various government and commercial organizations. Ed's areas of expertise include the design of large-scale seminar games, maritime chemical and biological warfare , air defense what? , operational level military command and control, and humanitarian and disaster response. Lisa owns a company, DeAnder Associates, L.L.C., and provides financial services that include basic accounting support, system and financial analysis, and compliance reviews.  Lisa's experiences include acting as the virtual CFO for organizations, developing indirect rate structures, financial analysis, cash flow management, budgeting and forecasting, performance reviews, preparation of incurred cost submissions and performing other financial services.  Lisa is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in the state of Maryland.  She obtained her Bachelors of Administration degree from the University of the District of Columbia.
