Senior Executive
Years of Experience:
Minimum of 10 years.
Education Requirement: Master's degree or higher.

Functional Responsibility: Analyzes, plans, directs, and coordinates the activities of designated projects to ensure that project goals and objectives are accomplished within prescribed timeframes and funding parameters.

Provides management and organizational services to include visioning and information strategy planning. Formulates technical briefings
and contributes to technical reports.

Program Manager
Years of Experience:
Minimum of 10 years.
Education Requirement: Bachelor's degree or higher.

Functional Responsibility: Serves as the primary interface and point of contact between the contractor and the customer, on both technical and administrative issues. Responsible for supervising contractor personnel, developing schedules, and communicating policies, purposes, and goals of project to staff, as well as to customers. Interfaces with customers, defining requirements and priorities.

Plans, organizes, and controls the overall activities of the project. Ensures that all activities conform with technical requirements.

Technology Analyst
Years of Experience: Minimum 5 years.
Education Requirement: Bachelor's degree or higher.

Functional Responsibility: Works with customers to identify their need for emerging technologies. Performs requirements analysis, based on customer’s current computing environment and business processes. Evaluates current and emerging
technologies. Identifies candidate technologies and determines how best to apply them to customer’s business domain. Designs prototype systems employing candidate technologies.

Senior Analyst
Years of Experience: Minimum 7 years.
Education Requirement: Master's degree.

Functional Responsibility: Develops experiments, defines appropriate metrics, identifies data collection required to support the experiment, designs and develops data collection instruments for both automated and human data collection, analyzes data, and produces metrics.

Training Developer / Analyst
Years of Experience:
Minimum 8 years.
Education Requirement: Master's degree.

Functional Responsibility:
For computer-based training and distance learning. Performs task analysis to identify tasks and skills to be trained. Recommends appropriate computer-based training media and techniques, recommends evaluation methods and related experimental design. Develops curriculum.

Years of Experience: Minimum 8 years.
Education Requirement: Bachelor's degree or higher.

Functional Responsibility: Designs software, including complex systems. Determines best language for software. Programs in multiple languages, including web-based scripts. Documents programs.

Years of Experience:
Minimum 3 years.
Education Requirement: Bachelor's degree or 5 years experience.

Functional Responsibility: Translates game specification into functional software, usually for a web-based multi-player game.

Functional Responsibility:
Responsible for designing web page formats, translating content from standard text or Microsoft formats (Word or Excel) into html, converting photos or other artwork into web formats, and determining need for scripts. Creates new artwork as needed. Develops simple scripts, in javascript or perl. Manages all pages for web site and keeps pages current.

Must be familiar with Microsoft Front Page or equivalent product. Must understand Internet security issues and make security recommendations. Familiar with database products and their use in web sites

Education Requirement: Bachelor's degree.

Functional Responsibility: Designs logos and other artwork, based on interaction with client. Responsible for choosing font size and colors for logos and artwork. Can integrate existing materials into artwork and create new materials as needed, e.g., photos or small drawings or paintings.
