Before joining the ThoughtLink team, Rebecca held a variety of training, instructional design, analyst and consulting positions with government and commercial organizations. As an organizational development specialist for Creative Management Solutions she developed a 360-degree performance feedback system for developmental purposes based on the expressed and identified gaps during job analysis.

Previously, Rebecca led a company-wide needs analysis intervention to include investigating company training and developmental needs for Sunterra Corporation, one of the world's largest vacation ownership companies.

Prior to joining Sunterra, Rebecca held a consulting position at the Center for Professional Services at the Florida Institute of Technology, where she was responsible for developing web-based team-building tools to enhance team skills and relations amongst team members. Rebecca also conducted job analysis for the Orange County Corrections and Fire/Rescue Departments in Orange County, Florida.

In her leisure time, Rebecca enjoys taking dance classes, playing with her nephew, and "making fairly obvious observations about the little things in life."
