Prior to joining ThoughtLink, Andrew served as a senior consultant on various projects. In this capacity, he conducted team training and developed content ranging from project management to effective communication skills modules. His work included developing and validating personnel selection systems, producing 360° managerial feedback reports, and acting as a mental health counselor and statistician for a non-profit child abuse prevention center.
Andrew also leads a student research team at the Florida Institute of Technology, known as 3T , which reflects their interests in teams, training and technology. The team consists of M.S. and Ph.D. students with research interests in team processes training, virtual reality/environments and simulations, cognitive psychology and human factors/performance, human machine/computer interaction, modeling, expert systems, artificial intelligence, and synthetic agents.
